A cool enough and reasonably spacious room with the view on garden. Magnificent, particularly good location to Cagliari centre.

We only stayed here for 7 nights, as we didn't have time, nevertheless everything was modern. The hotel had a MAGNIFICENT location minutes from Cavalluccio Marino. There was a good restaurant, a drugstore and a supermarket next door. The room was reasonably spacious with central heating, a safe, and multi-channel television included.

Horrible impression.

In general: The owner + manager + desk assistant is very rude and inconsiderate. He threatened to call the police to remove me and my friend off the property because we were angry as he would not allow us to store our luggage as we wanted. No bikes are allowed anywhere on the property unless fully packed away. There is NO secure parking and only on the streets which is available to anyone. The photos online DO NOT resemble the actual state of the hotel. The grass has not been cut in months and most plants are dead. It feels like a ghost town. Think twice before booking at this hotel. Service: Rude and inconsiderate Sports and leisure: Absolutely none. No bikes allowed

This place is super close to the beach, beach clubs, and the city center. I even grabbed a coffee at Stabilimento D'aquila, just a short 5-minute walk away.

The facility is newly renovated, staff are friendly, the location is fantastic by the sea, and they offer delicious pastries for breakfast.

Great location close to the beach and with easy access to public transportation. The hotel provided beach towels and umbrellas for their guests, which was a nice touch and saved us the hassle of renting them. the staff was friendly and always happy to give us recommendations for places to visit and things to do in the area.

The breakfast lacked variety, making it boring for longer stays. the shared kitchen was not equipped enough for those who wanted to cook their meals.

I had a great time at this hotel as it was conveniently located very close to the beautiful Poetto beach. In addition, the staff members were friendly and helpful, providing me with recommendations on places to visit and scheduling transportation upon request. The breakfast and cleanliness of this hotel were also impressive, making for a very comfortable stay.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Villa Sveva. The location was perfect, just a short walk to a beautiful beach with turquoise water. The hotel itself had a modern and fresh interior, and the room, although slightly smaller than expected, was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help us, including taking care of our bags after check-out so we could continue exploring. The wifi was excellent, and we even managed to do some work online. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend Villa Sveva for a quiet beach getaway.
